2020-2021 Impact Concussion Test

ALL athletes in grades 7-12 must complete an impact concussion test prior to participation in ANY extra-curricular sport. This test must be done every TWO years. Most of you took this test last summer as Heart River CO-OP asked all student athletes to take it last year.
